Hmm... my subject's detail was probably lost against the sunlight coming in from the doors. Also, without the flash, the focus is lost on the foreground. To get the detail up front, I may have to take a picture with flash, but not too close to the subject so it doesn't drown out the little guy with a flashy bright light. We'll see...
