in Japanese art: woodblock prints, traditional tattoos, the masters. these are two sketches i copied from a website i stumbled upon. they sell an amazing collection of japanese books that i hope they are still selling (and will inquire about as soon as i finish this post). pls. enjoy my *duplication. i've learned that practicing the actual works of master artists improves my hands. there's no greater feeling than learning from the best (even if they can no longer teach us in a more direct way) and progressing.
